Frank has been an expert in the telematics industry for over 15 years. While employed by telematics industry giants – QNX (the OS behind OnStar), Cross Country (now Agero, the leading independent TSP), and Airbiquity (DCM technology used by most telematics systems) – he helped automakers build systems using all aspects of the technology.

Frank brings this broad expertise to the field of fleet telematics. Currently, he is the founder and president of Assured Telematics Incorporated (ATI), a leader in open platform fleet telematics solutions that brings the best of consumer automotive technology to the commercial space.
